Yesterday, in an unfortunate event we have suffered data corruption in the node SF-TPE03-KVM08.
We have been working diligently for almost 24 hours to repair data, however we had no luck doing so.
Therefore, we confirm that all the VPS and datas residing on the node SF-TPE03-KVM08 has been lost.
Please contact us recreating new servers for your services on other nodes. You may keep the old IP with your servers.
We will be adding one full month for each VPS to the customers accounts for compensation.
